My Work Experience
I have always cherished the opportunities to work and gain hands-on experience across diverse industries, building a versatile skill set that bridges technical expertise with leadership and service.
My professional experience includes Project Management internships at GagaMuller Group and a recent summer internship as an Architectural Technologist at RKD, focused on BIM design, drawing analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
I have worked in hospitality roles like Spa Receptionist at Club Hotel at Goffs and retail positions at JBL and JYSK, emphasizing customer service and operations under pressure.
International J-1 summer programs as Camp Counsellor & Lifeguard in Southampton, New York (2022 & 2023), enhanced my leadership and adaptability in diverse teams.
RKD Architects
Architectural Technologist Internship (May–September 2025)
During the summer, I completed an internship with RKD Architects. I worked closelywith the interior design team on a variety of commercial and pharmaceutical projects, utilizing CAD and Revit for precise technical drawings, 3D modeling, clash detection, and stakeholder coordination. I was working at their HQ at The Eight Building, Dublin,
I contributed to design development from concept through to construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building regulations and client specifications.
This hands-on role significantly strengthened my BIM expertise, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively on complex design deliverables in a fast-paced professional architectural practice.
I learned so much from this internship, gaining invaluable real-world insights into professional workflows, client engagement, and the practical application of architectural technology in live projects.

Apple Interior Fitout, 4 & 5 Park Place, 2 Adelaide Rd, Saint Kevin's, Dublin:
I contributed to this high-precision interior fitout project, producing meticulous floor layouts, wall type plans, fire wall plans, ceiling plans, joinery details, and schedules.
I made minor mistakes along the way but learned and developed from these experiences, enhancing my problem-solving and attention to detail.
The details required exceptional accuracy and took significant time to perfect, showcasing my commitment to technical excellence. The project continued after my internship ended, and I would love to see the final result in the future.
This LEED Gold headquarters fit out for Zurich in Blackrock village takes inspiration from Dublin Bay Admiralty Charts, Herbert Simms bathing structures, and the ever-changing views of Dublin Bay from the building.
RKD HQ – Joinery Details, The Eight Building, Dublin:
Zurich HQ, Blackrock
Area
6,600 sq. m
One of my first projects upon joining RKD, focused on refining joinery details in the firm's newly relocated HQ office block where fit-out work was still ongoing.
I drew precise joinery details on CAD for the reception, cafeteria area, meeting rooms, and material room, then created joinery schedules on Revit.
These were printed, reviewed, and approved by my line manager for implementation, contributing directly to the completion of essential internal spaces.
It was really great to see my additions to the work added to the new building, as I was able to see the joinery in the cafeteria installed, just before I finished up my internship.
APC Pharmaceutical Company Building Expansion, Cherrywood, Dublin:
I played a key role in their new facility expansion at the innovative Cherrywood business campus, attending regular site visits to monitor progress and client meetings to align on design requirements, which included direct discussion with the CEO regarding overall building plans.
I focused particularly on designing the auditorium room, integrating advanced acoustic specifications, flexible seating layouts in an amphitheatre style, and high-quality finishes to create a multifunctional space for presentations and team collaboration.
Working on this high-profile project was a great achievement and rigorous experience that tested my technical skills and professional judgment under real deadlines.

Zurich Fitout, Blackrock, Dublin:
For this project, I attended multiple site visits during the mid-production and post-production stages, providing invaluable exposure to the fitout in the top floors of a commercial building in its critical finishing phases, where every detail matters.
My key role involved preparing comprehensive snag lists using a software called rDrive to systematically document defects, imperfections, and incomplete elements, then communicating these faults directly to contractors for immediate rectification.
This hands-on contribution to the essential end-of-project quality assurance process, standard practice for architects, ensures the highest standards of finish and functionality before handover

GagaMuller Group
Assistant Project Manager (January -May 2023)
As part of my third-year placement programme in Architectural Technology at TU Dublin, I completed my internship with GagaMuller Group, a leading firm specialising in project management, cost management and construction administration.
I chose to do my placement here for their reputation in innovative project delivery and hands-on technical training that aligned perfectly with my career goals in architectural technology and project management.
I supported working on a project with BIM architectural design through detailed drawing analysis, project cost management, budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration tasks, utilising tools like Wayloader, a project management software created by GagaMuller, to track progress and deliverables effectively.
I coordinated design submittals across multiple phases and collaborated with diverse stakeholders to ensure project efficiency, timelines were met, and deliverables maintained high standards of quality and compliance.
This internship provided essential real-world exposure to the full project lifecycle, bridging my academic knowledge with professional practice in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
It was great as going in, I was not treated as a student but as a full team member, which greatly benefited my professional development and future career readiness.
An added benefit was that I also got to take part in their teambuilding days and annual sports day, fostering strong relationships and a true sense of belonging within the team.
